Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced Tech Leads to provide hands-on technical leadership to a Full-Stack development team. The role combines development, technical design, code quality oversight, and mentoring.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good experience with React and/or Next.js.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Experience developing and deploying applications using Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Modular Monolith Architecture and scalable application design.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and backend architecture.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring developers.
