About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join one of our partner companies in Jordan. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP / Functional Consulting, particularly in Odoo, and will play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions and gather detailed requirements
• Deliver professional demo sessions and system presentations
• Manage the full project lifecycle from implementation to go-live
• Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs
• Ensure successful deployment and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in ERP Consulting or Functional Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo
• Proven experience working directly with clients
• Solid understanding of the full ERP implementation cycle
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and the Procurement Cycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
