As a Product (UX/UI) Designer, you will play a key role in shaping customer-facing banking journeys, with a particular focus on loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions. You will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to turn customer needs and business goals into thoughtful, user-centered experiences that are both effective and visually engaging.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital banking experiences, particularly for loans, credit cards, and retail banking products.
• Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Translate business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives into effective product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Ensure consistency with the project’s design system and UX/UI standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, and UI Design for digital products.
• Previous banking or financial services experience is mandatory.
• Experience with loans, credit cards, or similar retail banking products is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design practices.
• Good understanding of responsive design, user journeys, prototyping, and usability principles.
• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional product teams.
• Must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Ability to join as soon as possible is highly preferred.
