You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions, while also contributing hands-on to technical development, support, and enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This role requires a balanced <strong>techno-functional skillset<\/strong>, with the ability to handle both functional design and technical execution across full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional &amp; Business Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS HCM functionalities (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare functional documents including BRD, FS, and configuration documents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Development &amp; Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Develop and support technical components such as reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).<\/li>\n<li>Work with tools such as <strong>PL\/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, and APIs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with external systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Implementation &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Participate in and deliver <strong>at least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations<\/strong> (from requirement gathering to go-live and support).<\/li>\n<li>Configure system setups, workflows, profiles, and security.<\/li>\n<li>Support data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Testing, QA &amp; Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Prepare and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT.<\/li>\n<li>Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Handle production support issues and continuous system improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide user training and ongoing functional\/technical support.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communication of requirements, solutions, and issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM EBS modules<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>At least 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations (mandatory)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in both <strong>functional configuration and technical development<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Strong experience in <strong>Oracle EBS HCM modules<\/strong> (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent).<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical skills in:<\/li>\n<li>PL\/SQL<\/li>\n<li>Oracle Reports \/ Forms<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces, APIs, and data migration<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>RICE components<\/strong> (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_259c821d _7df525b6\">\n<li>Oracle EBS or HCM certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in large enterprise or banking environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrations between HCM, Finance, and third-party systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-8932","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (HCM) - 99brightminds<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (HCM), you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite solutions across HCM modules.
