The role works closely with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM modules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionality.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare functional documents including BRD, FS, and setup documents.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Configure system setups, profiles, and security.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Testing &amp; Deployment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs with business users.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Act as the primary point of contact for HCM functional topics.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide functional support and user training.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Integration &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support HCM integrations with Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in reports, extracts, and fast formulas (where applicable).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work closely with technical teams on interfaces and extensions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 4\u20138 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM and\/or Oracle Fusion HCM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent communication and documentation skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work independently and within project teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with Oracle implementation methodology (OUM).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Oracle HCM certifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in payroll localization.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience working with banks or large enterprises<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-8873","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Oracle HCM Consultant - 99brightminds<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management solutions.
